2017 Improvements
We changed our name! and website…and colors…and branding…
AIRECS Warranty and Insurance is now HomeMembership. This is the most obvious change to align ourselves more closely to our mission: To provide complete home appliance and system coverage and add value to the homeowners in every part of their journey. So, besides the name? What has actually changed?
HomeSide Assistance
Sound familiar? You may have RoadSide assistance for your car; if anything breaks down while you’re driving, a quick phone call will get you immediate service. We’re offering the same service for your home! If anything breaks down, just call one of our dedicated claims representatives and we’ll dispatch one of our member-approved contractors to get you up and running in a matter of hours…not days like some national Home Warranty companies.
Vendor Discounts
We’re all about adding more value than traditional home warranty providers. That’s why we’ve partnered with local business to provide members exclusive discounts. You can view region-specific vendor discounts such as cleaning services, painting, organizing and more.
Local Contractors
We know how important it is to support local businesses. That’s why we use trusted contractors recommended by homeowners and realtors. We also put our contractors through a vetting process so we know we’re sending our members trustworthy contractors that will get the job done. Know a great contractor our members would love to use? Renewal Process
It’s now simpler than ever to renew your HomeMembership via mail, phone, fax and email. Our upgraded technology will send members their renewal options. Just a few clicks and you’re covered for another year. If you’re not sure when you need to renew your membership you can contact us anytime.

The best way to market our services is through honest reviews and word of mouth. We believe it’s better to take a trusted friend’s word than try to come up with fancy ads and it’s working!
